Returns & Refund Policy

At Lunara, each piece is individually handcrafted with care. Many of our designs are one-of-a-kind or available in very limited quantities, often only 1–2 pieces.

Please read the product description, measurements and photographs carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, including where you simply decide that the style, colour or design is not suitable for you.

Please make sure you are happy with your selection before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item has arrived with a fault or defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order where possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number;

• A description of the issue; and

• Clear photos or videos showing the fault.

We will review the item with you before approving any return.

If we confirm that the item has a genuine manufacturing or workmanship defect, Lunara will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Returns sent without contacting us and receiving approval first will not be accepted.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom-made, personalised and specially commissioned jewellery is created specifically for you.

For this reason, custom and personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind.

This includes personalised gifts, custom sizing, specially requested designs and other made-to-order pieces.

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

Handmade Nature of Our Jewellery

As every Lunara piece is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, pattern and finish are part of the character of handmade jewellery and are not necessarily considered defects.

Natural materials may also contain individual markings and variations, making every piece unique.

Approved Returns & Refunds

Where a return has been approved, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will contact you regarding the outcome.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
